Just the two of us

Strange thing it is when your spouse goes out of town on business.  I always used to use the time alone to eat copious amounts of mac 'n cheese, the kind with the gooey cheese pouch, not the kind where you add butter and milk and watch bad reruns on television.  It's different now because I'm not really alone. Noah is here with me.

It is kinda cool in a way because I don't feel alone.  I DO feel overwhelmed and totally in over my head with the four cats, a dog and a newborn to keep alive, all while finding time to pee and eat a few M & M's every few hours.  I also feel pretty important and not nearly as lonely as before.  I have Noah with me.  My son.  I'm home with my son.

How totally awesome is that?
